Looks Like the Princess Has a New Outfit!

I came back from Chicago this afternoon, and as soon as I got home, I turned around and left to go to Barnes and Nobel.  The goal:  Bobbi Brown's newest book "Makeup Manual", I've read most of her books, and they're always so much fun, with loads of lovely photographs.  I'm presently on page 58, but I've flipped through the rest of the book too.  Being Chinese, I have "Asian Eyes", and thus, when I saw that Brown has sections where the advice is for "Asian Eyes", I was torn about how I felt.  On one hand, I really appreciate her words of wisdom for my features, and on the other hand, there are no sections for the eyes of any other race!!!!  

Anyhow, while at B&N, I decided to go to the "Teen" area on the 2nd floor, where I am a little ashamed to show my face, and bought the 2 latest Princess Diaries books (I am only embarrassed, because I've been reading "teen" books since about the 2nd grade, and now I feel much too old.)  And guess what?!  The Princess Diaries series has been re-packaged!!!!  Okay, I know this isn't very important news, yet it did really throw me off.  None the less, I am very excited to spend the last week of my Spring holiday buried in numerous books, none of which I will finish!!!  Anything is nice, as long as I can avoid the Macbeth essay for my Lit & Comp course, which is weighing too heavily upon my shoulders.

p.s.  I'm not sure which cover I really like better; I kinda like the tackiness of the older ones, but also, I like the uniformity of the newer editions.
