Oh God, what an ominous idea. As if we need ghosts wandering around this fair city. Now, if you have yet to see "
Ghost Town", that phrase might seem rather bizarre. I saw it on Saturday, instead of going to my school's Home Coming games and dance. I must say, it was quite an entertaining film. Ricky Gervais, who plays "Bertam Pincus", is hysterical. The entire audience was laughing through all the funny scenes and dialogue. I was just dying at moments. I don't want to write about the plot, because I think its worth seeing (so I won't ruin it for you.) But, I will say that it was charming, a great concept, sweet, and has lovely shots of the city.
At times, "Ghost Town" was actually rather sad, but never too much so, as all those moments are followed by comical ones. I left the theatre with a smile, and very glad that I had paid the $11.75 for the ticket.
