1. Tinted moisturizer is a really easy way to work in some sun protection in your daily routine- but the SPF is typically rather low in comparison to the creams. A number of companies are making tinted moisturizers with SPF, but you can make your own by combining liquid foundation with sunscreen and some regular face moisturizer.
2. Sun Block/Screen should be reapplied ever 2 hours, and you're supposed to use about a shot glass full amount for your body, and if you're using a spray, you should do a couple layers. For the Body I like:

For the face, I like to use a cream of some kind in the morning, but I like to have powder sun block for the rest of the day.
